David Snyder is the Chairman, President and CEO of REALSCAPE Group. One of the country’s foremost experts in job repatriation and innovative economic development strategies, David is a well-respected businessman in the Midwest. Focused on technology, he has founded and subsequently guided a number of firms to commercial success dating back to 1985.
David has extensive corporate and entrepreneurial leadership experience. He founded and served as Chairman, President and CEO of Realogic, Inc. Realogic was a $42 million, 350+ employee technology consulting and systems integration firm that David established in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1993. Internationally recognized, the firm ranked in Inc magazine’s 1997 and 1998 lists of the 500 fastest growing companies in the United States. Realogic was acquired by Computer Associates (now CA) in 1998.
In late 2004, David founded Attevo, an international business and technology consulting firm. His commitment to understanding clients and providing the highest quality of service helped drive the firm’s growth to become a global leader in delivering productive technology solutions to its clients.
David was also the founder and Chairman of Ruralogic, a firm established in early 2010 that focuses on repatriating information technology jobs to U.S. communities that have experienced economic hardships.
Prior to his role as corporate founder, David held similar executive positions, including President of Integral Systems, Inc., Midrange Division. He was President and CEO of Management Reports, Inc. (MRI), a national property management software company acquired by Intuit, Inc. He served as Partner-in-Charge of Grant Thornton’s Cleveland consulting division and managed the information systems consulting practice for the Detroit office of Coopers & Lybrand. David began his professional career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
He has held numerous executive and advisory positions at well-known organizations, including Integral Systems, Grant Thornton and Coopers & Lybrand. David graduated Cum Laude from Ohio University’s College of Business, where he was a member of the College of Business Executive Advisory Board and a former member of the University’s Board of Trustees. In addition to his business interests, David also actively supports various non-profit organizations.
Over the past 15 years Dan has leveraged a strong educational background, creative thinking and excellent sales and communication skills to take great strides in his professional career to achieve business success. He started his career designing high-end web-based training and has developed and sold over 150 training packages to customers on three different continents. Dan is currently overseeing the production of software, hardware, documentation, training and software as a service (SaaS) solutions for his clients in both the government and private sectors. All of these successes directly resulted from his capacity to adhere to the core fundamentals of Instructional Systems Design, while keeping his finger on the pulse of the industry’s evolving needs. Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology. He is an Entrepreneur and Partner in REALSCAPE Group, married with three boys and resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Leslie Page is the Director of Administrative Services at REALSCAPE Group. She oversees all contract management, human resources and accounting functions for the team while providing additional focused support to the executive team.
A rounded professional, Leslie is well-versed in operations as well as regulatory compliance, project management and communications best practices. She regularly works with program managers and directors to establish efficient, compliant workflows across all REALSCAPE projects.
Leslie has a strong history of supporting innovative technology and manufacturing firms’ needs, including Attevo, Ruralogic, Inc., and Jet, Inc. She has also interfaced with account representatives from global software, financial and business services firms.
Mike Seitz is the Director of Operations of REALSCAPE Group. Mike is a true professional and natural leader with over 15 years of E-Learning experience, including production management, project management and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) expertise.
Mike has supported the design and development of courseware and training for the Department of Defense (DoD) and the education and healthcare industries, among others. His skills encompass managing staff and strategic project management involving the creation of computer-based, web-based and instructor-led training and media elements while managing cost, maintaining quality and refining processes to increase efficiency.
Mike possesses a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology, and he resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.
Nkosi Dilworth is the Senior Software Engineer at REALSCAPE Group. Drawing on 14 years of software analysis and development experience, Nkosi works closely with the executive team and clients to deliver effective and innovative solutions that address their software needs.
Nkosi has supported the design and development of web application software for businesses in the healthcare and telecommunications industries, among others.
He has led and contributed to numerous endeavors involving software architecture and the full software stack (front-end and back-end systems and applications). His experience covers a wide range of projects, including User-Interface (UI) production for medical mannequins used in E-Learning and virtual servers and remote computing.
Nkosi has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Ohio Wesleyan University. He resides in Saint Petersburg, Florida, with his wife.
Sarah Dalley is an instructional designer at REALSCAPE Group. Sarah brings a breadth of instructional and media experience to the team.
Sarah has supported a number of organizations with diverse training requirements, including clinical best practices instruction for medical professionals and systems training for global technology firms. Her background includes E-Learning as well as video learning design and production.
She has a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications. Sarah resides in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.
